In the Victorian and Edwardian eras, babies were adorned with fine and gem-studded rings just like adults. The sweetest antique baby ring we've found is a domed band with the word "BABY" embossed on the top. Instead of parting with it, we decided to reproduce it and add it to our permanent collection. Each hand-cast ring is hung from two separate lengths of chain that suspend the ring and enable it to lay flat on the collarbone.
The silver ring is paired with silver chain, while the brass version hangs on a gold-filled chain. The total necklace length is 17 inches, and each ring is exactly 1/2" in diameter. A wonderful gift for a new or expectant mother, or for anyone you call "baby," for that matter.
