We recently acquired a pair of museum-quality bronze engagement rings that have been dated from the 15th century. Probably of Russian origin, they were recently excavated from the site of a medieval battle in the Balkans. This is the men's version; it features a detailed, carved scroll with the word "Gift" inscribed in Old Slavic.
We carefully cleaned up our treasure, cast it in bronze, and strung it from a 27" antique brass chain so it can be worn as a necklace. It can also be worn as a ring - it's a size 10 - but since it's unpolished bronze like the original artifact, it may turn some wearers' skin a dark color. We've sized a few rings specially; let us know in the "message" section at checkout if you'd prefer a size 9,11, or 12.
