1930s Heron & Anchor Intaglio Ring

$1,800

Sold!

A heron and anchor are carved onto a slab of carnelian so dark that when it's on your finger, it appears black. Held up to the light, a blood-red glow shines through the slim slice of stone. The anchor symbolizes hope, and the heron? A google search will grant you any meaning you like, but here's my favorite: self-reliance. The bird helps you answer the call to courageously follow your true path by first becoming comfortable in uncertain situations.
