1930s Three Stone Sapphire Ring

This covetable band is made in warm and weighty 18k yellow gold. The face of the ring dazzles with three blue sapphires in deep burnished settings. This style of stone setting - also known as a gypsy setting - was a popular treatment for gemstones in the mid to late Victorian era, though this piece was made well after that: London hallmarks date it to 1934.
