Ancient Roman Gold Band
Sold!

From the same collection as our bull's-head earrings, this high-carat (at least 22k) band is hefty in terms of both weight AND history. Forged somewhere around the 4th century AD as a status symbol and decoration for the finger. It's survived nearly 2000 years to have a new life as either a wedding band, a decoration for the finger, or let's admit it, a status symbol. Humans don't change all that much.
