On ancient maps, the “compass rose” was an ornate illustration that showed the cardinal directions: North, South, East, and West. That old design element is the foundation of this pretty, pointy pendant. I don’t think any map has ever used a diamond as decoration, but that’s what we’ve done — the rays really magnify the stones.
