Victorian Turquoise & Diamond Pansy Ring

$1,000

This Victorian ring is made in 18k gold with ornate shoulders designed to look like leaves. The central floral cluster is a pansy rendered in turquoise with a single single rose cut diamond in a crimped silver stigma. “Pansy” comes from the French pense meaning “thought”. Lovers of a hidden meaning, the five-petaled flower was frequently used in 19th century love token jewelry to express the sentiment “think of me”.
