Early Victorian Bevy of Quails Fob Necklace


Just like a group of ghosts is a "fraid" (a fraid of ghosts, ha) and a gathering of bats is "a cauldron", several quails together are called "a bevy". Because they mate for life, quails represent loyalty and devotion in some cultures.
