A Diamond, Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Emerald, Sapphire and Topaz spell out "DEAREST" in the acrostic language of gemstones. Chester hallmarks appear for 1910 - either it was assayed in 1910 or the shank is a replacement, but we date the setting and stones to about 1840.
