Edwardian Old Cut Diamond Shield Locket


Hallmarked for the first year of the Edwardian era, this shield-shaped locket is fashioned in 15k gold and set with a trio of old cut diamonds. The diamonds form a sort of clover or leaf with a delicately engraved stem.

    15k gold (marked), 3 1.8mm old cut diamonds, new 14k gold chain

    Chester hallmarks for 1901

    Very good - surface wear commensurate with age and use

    1 1/4" length including the bale, 3/4" at the widest point, 18" chain
