Georgian Emerald, Pearl & Garnet Heart Pendant

When we come across Georgian hearts like this one we most often see them in the form of a locket, but this piece was designed to be a pendant. The heart, modeled in gold and crowned with foliage, is set with alternating garnets and seed pearls and a pair of emeralds on either side. A trio of seed pearls hang on the east, west and south and a single emerald dangles at the center.
