This wonderful Georgian ring is made in the unusual shape of a padlock, it's lines are articulated with seed pearls of graduated sizes punctuated with almandine garnets. The upper portion of the lock features a lovely oblong garnet cabochon and the lower portion holds a locket set with a braided lock of hair. Note the lovely engraving on the underside of the face. Rare and very special.
