Georgian Harlequin Paste Handclasp Bracelet
The style of combining dissimilar but complementary colored stones is known as 'harlequin.' It was extremely fashionable from the late 18th to early 19th century. This Georgian pinchbeck bracelet is a lovely example of the style with multicolored paste stones in dished settings and a hand- shaped clasp.
