A 19th century charm modeled in the shape of a dexter hand, palm and fingers pavéed with rubies and a single turquoise cabochon. The anomalous blue stone appears to be a replacement - there was probably a ruby in its place originally - but the matte blue does look striking amid all of those fiery red gems.
