Made around 1840 in silver with an adjustable fit and safety chains, each bracelet is riveted with bright melon-y pink pastes of graduated sizes. They're over-the-top - almost theatrically so - and wildly unlike anything we have seen before. As with most all Georgian jewelry, these pastes are backed with foil to enhance their color and sparkle.

please note:Not suitable for everyday wear.
Foil-backed gemstones may be irreparably damaged if they come into contact with water. Remove your jewelry when washing your hands or showering. If moisture gets behind the stone, the foil could oxidize and darken. These jewels are extremely old, fragile objects and were not designed to be worn every day. Treat them as the museum-quality artifacts that they are.
