Edged out of her status as longest reigning British monarch by Elizabeth II in 2015, Queen Victoria long held that title. This pendant was made to commemorate Queen V's Diamond Jubilee (aka 60 years on the throne), the first such celebration of its kind. The double sided locket is fashioned in silver with a deep black patina. One side features a photo of a portrait of the Queen painted the year she was crowned, the other side is a photograph of the stately queen taken the year she celebrated her Diamond Jubilee. Hangs from a new 20" oxidized silver chain.
