This triple cluster ring set with rose cut diamonds and opal cabochons dates to the end of the Victorian period. Each opal has a vibrant play of color and the surrounding rose cut diamonds (28 altogether) have a formidable flinty sparkle and contrast prettily against the warmth of the primary stones. The gems are all set in silver, the hoop is 18k rose gold. The interior of the ring has a later engraving that reads: "J.V. - J.K. 29-9-55."
