Victorian Silver Acorn Case Necklace
This Victorian acorn pendant unscrews from the top to reveal that it is, in fact, actually a small case. This silver nut most likely hung from a chatelaine and held something that the woman who wore it wanted to keep close at hand, perhaps snuff, herbs or perfume.
