A late Victorian ring with a tiger’s eye cabochon and four bright rose cut diamonds. The chatoyant gem has a particularly strong “eye” which moves diagonally across the stone. The tiger’s eye is haloed by diamonds set in high decorative gold prongs alternating with shorter silver prongs topped with gold claws.
