These unique bell-shaped earrings date to the mid Victorian period and we suspect that they were originally components of a larger piece of jewelry - probably a necklace. They are fashioned in high karat gold and set with turquoise cabochons and rose cut diamonds, the back of one earring is engraved with the initials "HH".
18k gold (tests), silver, turquoise cabochons, 2 2.5mm rose cut diamonds
Very good - ear wires and chains are newer additions, the earring engraved "HH" has a small dent beneath the monogram
1 3/8" length measured from the top of the ear wire, 5/8 x 3/8" pendants
1837 — 1901
