VictorianTurquoise PavéSerpent Bangle
Sold!

A rare find! This snake bracelet has graduated turquoise cabochons on her head and tail. The stones have aged beautifully over the past century and a half; variations in hue have naturally occurred so some of the "scales" are green and others are darker blue. Her forked tongue is ingeniously fashioned as part of the clasp - press it down to release the catch. The hoop is fluted 14k gold, and her garnet eyes look especially fierce under gold eyebrows (!)
