Art Nouveau Diamond & Enamel Locust Ring
Sold!

TWO LOCUSTS perch on either side of an old mine cut diamond set in a green enamel-decorated platinum setting. Even if we didn't have faded French hallmarks on this ring we'd know it was French by the exceptional craftsmanship and exuberant, ultra-chic style. Extraordinary extra-weird design in 18k gold and platinum from the Belle Epoque. I imagine it was custom-made for someone with a sense of humor; I've never seen anything like it.
