Georgian Garnet Witch's Heart Pendant

$1,250

Sold!

This witch’s heart pendant carries centuries of symbolism, blending protection, love, and superstition. With its distinctive curved tip, the motif dates back to the 17th and 18th centuries, when it was worn as an amulet against evil. By the Georgian and Victorian eras, it became a romantic token, especially when studded with garnets (symbolic of love and devotion.) When the tip curves to the right, it signifies that the giver is "bewitched" with love."
